Axiomedix leverages open-source tools and collaborative development to deploy the infrastructure for federating patient data in order to enable digital health and precision medicine.
Rather than take a ‘one size fits all’ approach, we work with academic networks, public-private consortia, non-profit foundations, and patient registries to enable the rapid, secure, and effective development of custom federations of patient data.
Our vision is to build open-source communities that collaborate on the development of tools and resources which enable the use of large, focused patient data networks.
Combining these networks with advanced data science tools enables the development of new treatments, new decision support tools, and new digital therapeutics to improve patient health.
