The AMIA 2019 Informatics Summit follows the tradition of offering an exciting, innovative and engaging program around four main areas: Translational Bioinformatics, Clinical Research Informatics, Implementation Informatics and Data Science. We want to promote a vibrant scientific ensemble and connect within and across these knowledge domains, particularly looking for new ideas and innovations that bridge across these areas of the field. Our program will carefully blend scientifically sound “deep dive” sessions with equally essential offerings designed to promote learning, and the exchange of ideas and experiences. Expect to see activities dedicated to trending new areas, like 3D data methods and analytics to be part of the program.
